Basement Remodel
The team was tasked with a full basement remodel in the north suburbs of Chicago. This remodel involved custom cabinetry, a kitchenette, multiple light fixtures to highlight the ceiling depth, a bathroom renovation, and new tiling & carpet.
Kitchen & Living Room Remodel
From stainless steel appliances, cabinet crown molding, and custom designs, this kitchen remodel focused on simplicity, luxury, and quality. The built in gas fireplace perfectly matches the granite countertop in the kitchen and custom cabinetry.
Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
Our client requested expert guidance as they began their kitchen & bathroom remodeling project. Master Bathroom Renovation
A classic master bathroom renovated to make the most of the space available. Complete with an extra wide jacuzzi, plenty of built in cabinets, and imported white flooring to contrast against the dark brown cabinetry. This elegant master bathroom was perfect for our Glenview neighbors.
Home Renovation
The vaulted ceilings & white finishes in the living room that flow delightfully into the white kitchen with brand new appliances & granite countertops. A renovated master bathroom with ample space for our clients to make their own.
Lakehouse Renovation
Our clients tasked us to build a custom lakefront home, designed for family gatherings and entertaining. Floor plan consists of a main first floor; walk out lower level and expandable 2nd floor.
The description wouldn’t be complete without mention of the lower level; this “Party Zone” Has a custom bar that rivals your favorite “Cheers” establishment! LVT tiles over the radiant heated floor were used throughout the lower level except for the theater which has plush carpet and the two baths, where porcelain tile was used. All cabinetry is custom built.
Beautiful White Bathroom
Everyone wants a spa in their home, and that's exactly what we delivered for our clients with this beautiful white bathroom! A standalone tub, steam showed, and high-end finishes made this idea into a reality. This is truly a master bathroom to transport anyone to their own private spa.
Open Living Room and Kitchen
Open concept, open concept, open concept. That is one of the most reoccurring themes we hear from our clients when designing a living room and kitchen space. This project took it a step further with extra tall windows that make the room feel as though it goes out to the pool/patio area. The beautiful stone lined fireplace makes the living room a cozy place to relax, while the modern, spacious, white kitchen lends itself to the perfect location to cook a delicious meal.
Complete Home Renovation
Our wonderful clients were looking for a complete home renovation that highlighted two important sections of their Arlington Heights home - the kitchen & living room. This renovation came complete with a custom fireplace, wet bar, and updated kitchen.
Home Theatre, Game Room & Bathroom
This beautiful project was a complete remodel that included a home theatre with eight luxury recliners, game room fit with matching pool & poker tables, a kitchenette & bar, and brand new bathroom.
Kitchen & Dining Room Remodel
